How it works
- You complete a short intake form. This helps me get a clear picture of where you are, what you need, and what support might serve you best right now.
- I create a personalized session for you. Based on your responses, I’ll prepare for either a live session or pre-record a video that provides feedback and guidance.
- You receive a written alignment guide. Along with the video, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted PDF that includes tailored practices—such as vocal exploration, meditation, somatic movement, creative prompts, or sound-based exercises—to help you take aligned action.
