This isn’t your typical group integration session—this is where embodied movement and therapeutic sound meet your event's group container. In these live, guided experiences, we'll use multidisciplinary methods so your event participants can not only reflect, but reconnect—with themselves, their insights, and each other.

Through sound therapy, somatic movement, and creative expression practices, we co-create a space where nervous systems can soften, insights can settle, and newly discovered boundaries and truths can be practiced and voiced. Rooted in body wisdom and shared presence, these sessions support you in making your experience real, lived, and lasting—together.

This session is ideal if your participants: 

• Are navigating their return to everyday life and could benefit from additional support
• Have requested integration support from you but you're not in a position to provide it to the extent that you would like
• Want to deepen their integration process using science-backed techniques in sound and movement

How it Works:

This 90-minute session includes: 

• Gentle guided movement and grounding somatic exercises  
• Reflective group prompts or optional shared dialogue
• A live sound bath to restore and harmonize the nervous system  
• Time for intentional closing or integration ritual  

About Pricing:

• The price charged here is the base fee for this service for up to 20 participants, secures your session, and allows us to schedule a discovery call. 
• During the call, we’ll review your projected attendance and estimate the final cost. 
• After the event concludes, the actual attendance numbers will be used to calculate the final fee. If the total exceeds the amount paid here, an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. 
• Limited scholarship or income-based options are available. Please contact me directly if you'd like to explore those.
