How it Works

We begin with a collaborative intake conversation to learn about your program’s vision, format, and flow. From there, I offer tailored consulting—either as a one-time session or ongoing support—designed to:

Identify key points in your agenda where integration can be naturally woven in
Suggest somatic practices, rituals, and sound-based components to enhance resonance
Support you in designing transitions that ground, regulate, and align the group
Provide language and structure that helps your participants digest and embody their experience

Optional Add-ons: Program Impact Evaluation(s)

In addition to incorporating a focus on integration into the existing programming, we can also design a program impact evaluation for you to conduct to measure and validate your event's outcomes for participants. This would be charged at the same consultation rate and we can discuss further in your discovery call!

We'll conclude our time together with tangible adjustments, intuitive insight, and a customized roadmap for you to create an even more sustainable and soul-honoring container for your participants.

Together, we co-create a somatically nurturing experience that helps participants stay connected to themselves and the insights they glean from your offering via accessible methods involving the mind, body, heart, and spirit—during and after your time together.
