This is a single coaching session designed to target a specific need that you have identified related to integration, whether it is support post-event or following a big life transition. During this intensive session, we’ll tune into the body’s innate intelligence using sound, breath, and movement to help you process what you’ve experienced and move forward on your path fully anchored in yourself.
For example, we'll draw on sound therapy to gently shift brainwave states, guided somatic practices to support safety and openness in your nervous system, and engage in voicework to help you explore new boundaries and authentic expression.
These sessions offer you a grounded, creative space to keep honoring and embodying the transformation or big life shift you experienced, so the new awareness you have discovered doesn’t fade, but instead deepens.

How it works
- After booking, you’ll receive a brief intake form to share what you’re integrating.
We’ll meet for a 75-minute virtual session customized to your needs and preferences.
- Our session may weave together dialogue, somatic practices, sound, conscious movement, creative expression, or guided reflection.
- You’ll leave with personalized practices or prompts to support continued integration in your day-to-day life and sessions can be booked in blocks of time or on an as-needed basis.
